Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you buy a ticket to Conjure Haunted Attraction, visit the attraction at 906 40th St N, Birmingham, AL 35222, or use this website. Conjure is operated by Conjure Haunted Attraction LLC (“Conjure,” “we,” “us”). By buying a ticket, entering the attraction, or using this site, you agree to them. If you're buying tickets for other people, you're responsible for making sure they know these terms too.

Tickets, refunds and cancellations

Tickets are sold online through HauntPay, operated by Passage, Inc., and at the box office on open nights. Online purchases are also subject to the Passage terms. Prices online include ticketing fees, which are shown before you pay.

All sales are final. There are no refunds or exchanges, for any reason, including missed entry times, weather, or leaving early.

Only Conjure can cancel a night. If we cancel a night you hold tickets for, your purchase will be refunded within four business days of that date.

Some ticket types carry additional conditions, which are shown when you buy them.

Touch Pass. A Touch Pass, sold on its own or included with Scream Skip, means you give our cast permission to touch you during the performance. You'll be given a glow accessory to wear so the cast can tell. It doesn't give you permission to touch anyone.

Admission and age

• No one under 13 is admitted. Guests aged 13 to 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• We don't recommend Conjure for anyone who scares easily, whatever their age. If you have questions about content, ask at the box office before you buy.
• You won't be admitted if you appear to be intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
• We may refuse admission to, or remove, anyone who breaks these terms or puts guests, staff, or the attraction at risk. No refund is given.
• The attraction is unguided. You make your own way through.

Rules inside the attraction

These rules keep everyone safe, including the actors. Breaking them means immediate removal without a refund. Plainclothes security staff are on site and inside the attraction.

• Don't touch the actors, props or sets, or other guests — including if you have a Touch Pass. Our actors are trained never to touch guests intentionally unless the guest is wearing a Touch Pass.
• Don't run, push or shove.
• No phones, cameras, or recording inside the attraction.
• No flashlights, glow sticks, or other light sources.
• No food, drinks, bottles or cans inside.
• No smoking or open flames anywhere on the premises.
• No weapons, sharp objects, or firearms on the premises.
• Costumes are welcome, but no masks, nothing that is or looks like a weapon, and no scaring other guests.
• Don't take, damage or deface anything that belongs to Conjure.

Health warnings and assumption of risk

Conjure is an interactive haunted attraction designed to frighten and surprise you. It contains dark hallways, confined spaces, moving parts, strobe lights, fog and other disorienting effects, sudden loud noises, and frightening performers.

Don't enter if you are pregnant, or if you have a heart condition, asthma, a seizure disorder, claustrophobia, or any physical, medical, or emotional condition that sudden fright or these effects could affect.

By entering, you confirm that you understand these conditions, that you are entering voluntarily, and that you accept the risks that come with them. Some risks are obvious; others may not be. For example, you could be accidentally touched by a performer or an effect, or be injured by your own sudden reaction.

To the fullest extent the law allows, you release Conjure Haunted Attraction LLC, its owners, employees, contractors and other guests from liability for injury, illness, or loss arising from your visit, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Photos, video and recording

Video cameras operate throughout the attraction. By entering the premises, you agree to be recorded, and you agree that Conjure may use that footage, including your image and likeness, for security, safety and promotional purposes, without payment to you.

Personal property

Conjure isn't responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. If you lose something inside, leave your contact details at the box office. Items lost inside the attraction can't be retrieved until after closing.

Dates, hours and wait times

Open nights and hours are listed on our calendar. We may change them, open late, close early, or close a night entirely because of weather, safety, or circumstances outside our control. We'll post changes on this website where we can.

Wait times shown on this website are estimates, updated by our staff during the night. Actual waits can be shorter or longer.

Using this website

The Conjure name, logo, artwork, photographs, video, and the content of this website belong to Conjure or are used with permission. You may share links and view the site for personal use; please don't copy or reuse our material for commercial purposes without asking.

The characters, stories, and scenes in Conjure are fiction. Any resemblance to actual people, places, or events is coincidental.

This site links to services run by others, including our ticketing provider, our recruitment form, YouTube, Google Maps, and social media platforms. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and can't guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies to tickets bought and visits made after that date.
