What this website collects

This policy covers the website and the attraction at 906 40th St N, Birmingham, AL 35222, both operated by Conjure Haunted Attraction LLC (“Conjure,” “we,” “us”).

We don't ask you for personal information on this website. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign-up, and no contact form. We don't use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or tracking cookies. The site's fonts and images are served from our own domain. The one exception is the YouTube video on the homepage, described below.

Technical information our host receives. Like every website, when your browser loads a page, the servers that host this site receive standard technical details: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time. Our hosting provider keeps these logs for a limited period to run the service, keep it secure, and diagnose problems. We don't use them to identify or profile visitors.

Cookies

This website doesn't set cookies for visitors.

The only cookie the site itself sets is a sign-in cookie for Conjure staff using the box office page. It's strictly necessary for that page to work and isn't used for tracking.

Some of the outside services described below, such as YouTube, may set their own cookies when you interact with them. Those are governed by their policies, not ours.

Services we use or link to

Some features come from other companies. When you use them, you're sharing information with that company directly, under its own privacy policy.

Tickets

Tickets are sold by HauntPay, operated by Passage, Inc.. When you buy a ticket, you give your name, contact details, and payment information to them, not to this website. See the Passage privacy policy and terms. Conjure receives the order information it needs to run admission and to contact you about your visit.

Job applications

Applications to work at Conjure are handled through a recruitment form hosted by Sithon. The information you submit there, such as contact details, emergency contact, and photo, is collected by that service and shared with us to review your application. Its terms are linked on the form.

Our commercial video

The commercial on our homepage is a YouTube video using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode. Your browser loads the player when you're near that part of the homepage — on many screens, shortly after the page opens — which means YouTube receives your IP address and basic browser information. YouTube may set cookies or collect more information once you play the video, under the Google Privacy Policy. The video doesn't appear on any other page.

Map and directions

The map in the Visit section is a still image of Google Maps served from our own site, so viewing it doesn't send anything to Google. “Get directions,” or tapping the map, opens Google Maps in a new tab, where Google's privacy policy applies.

Social media

Links to our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies. We don't embed their tracking on this site.

At the attraction

Cameras operate throughout the attraction and its grounds, for safety and security. Footage may also be used in Conjure's promotional material. By entering, you agree to being recorded, as set out in our Terms.

We keep footage only as long as we need it for security, safety, or the promotional use described, and we don't sell it.

How information is used and shared

We use the information that reaches us to:

• sell tickets and run admission;
• contact you about your visit, including changes or cancellations;
• review job applications;
• keep guests, staff, and the attraction safe; and
• keep this website running and secure.

We don't sell personal information, and we don't share it with advertisers. We share it only with the service providers described on this page, to do the things above, or when the law requires it.

Children

Conjure doesn't admit children under 13, and this website isn't directed at them. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

Your choices and requests

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to what the law requires us to keep. Email conjurebham@gmail.com or use the other contact details below.

For your ticket order or job application, you can also contact HauntPay, operated by Passage, Inc. or Sithon directly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; this website works normally without them.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and we don't handle payment details — those go straight to the ticketing provider. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect the information that reaches us.

Changes to this policy

If we change how this website or the attraction handles personal information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
